The AARVEN store is located in the hip seaside town of Margate on the Kent coast. Founded by designer Amy Fleuriot-Reade and craft development expert Bee Friedmann. The two friends met whilst walking their dogs Hiro and Wolf and discovered a common love for design, sustainability (and pets of course!).
AARVEN works in close collaboration with 30 producers in 9 countries, across 3 continents. Giving traditional craft a modern appeal, AARVEN designs can regularly be seen on the pages of leading interiors magazines including Homes & Gardens and Elle Decoration. The brand's collections include handwoven textiles, jewellery made from recycled silver or brass, baskets from all across Africa and much more.
Through their commitment to design and the communities they support around the globe, AARVEN's goal is to bring as much joy to their makers as they do to their boutique. 2% of sales from AARVEN's made in Kenya collections are donated to the education charity African Promise.

"The nature of the global supply chain means our decisions as consumers affect people all around the world. We strive to design products which bring as much joy to their creator as they do to you our customers."
