Founder of Maison Louis Marie, Marie du Petit Thouars, is a descendant of Belgium perfumier Louis Marie Aubert du Petit. Making fine fragrances is in her blood and as a girl, Marie liked making candles and experimenting with scents, using the plants in her mother’s greenhouse.
