Established in Stockholm in 1967, Afroart is a boutique dedicated to supporting craftspeople in developing countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America. In 2003, six young textile designers took over the reins of the business, and with them brought the sense of vibrancy and vitality that permeates Afroart as it stands today. All of the products stocked in Afroart have been developed and created by an in-house design team and handmade by skilful artisans within the principals of fair trade.
