About Wallow
After being inspired by a favourite boutique as a child, Wallow founder Ruthie Mottram always had a dream to open her own shop. Following a varied career, the chance to open her own boutique in the Sussex village of Alfriston came about. Opening its doors in 2015, Wallow has since become a local destination for lifestyle products, accessories, and gifts.

"I think people love bricks-and-mortar stores, where they can touch and feel, see how products fit together and talk to people who really know and care about the things they are selling. I also think that people don’t just want convenience, they want a personal service and carefully curated products that aren’t found on the high street."
