This hand-embroidered cushion in pure cream wool has a rich red heart appliquéd in the centre, hand embroidered with cream blanket stitch. The edges of the cushion are also blanket stitched with contrasting red and it is fastened with two mother of pearl buttons on the back.

The Heart is the universal symbol of love that needs no translation in any language. The heart is also an intrinsic part of Jan’s collections since she started stitching lavender hearts around her kitchen table with friends in 2002. The heart has since been used thousands of times, stitched in numerous different cushion designs and it adorns many different products in the collections.
