This small dotted textile design was designed by the Eames in 1947, for the New York Museum of Modern Art textile contest.
Many of the great architects and designers of the 20th century have dabbled in textile design, working through their ideas of color, shape, and material. The New York textile company Maharam has reissued some of the most important designs as high-end fabrics using the authentic original colors and its weaving techniques. This collection of "20th Century Textiles" cushions for the sofa or any type of seat or decoration, are the ideal complement to the furniture of Charles & Ray Eames, George Nelson or Verner Panton, as well as adding an interesting touch to contemporary interiors or classics.
