INGREDIENTS: The hard wheat semolina paste Vallillo is made with ingredients of the highest quality, selected with care and attention. The semolina used for production is obtained from grains with a high protein content, cultivated in more than 500 hectares of the Serracapriola countryside in Puglia, where the temperate climate between the sea and the mountains and the Mediterranean sun allow to respect natural maturation of the cob. This allows to obtain top quality semolina to make a 100% Italian paste free of toxins (glyphosate, cadmium and gift). Vallillo undertakes to protect agriculture and farmers, so we only use cultivated grains sustainably and respectful to the environment, and we chose to work in close collaboration with local farmers to guarantee the quality of raw materials and support the local economy.
