This salted caramel chocolate bar by Up Up is created from Single Estate 35% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans. With a unique balance between the intensity of cocoa and sweetness; due to a delicate blend of flavours and inclusions, this chocolate bar brings to the front-line well-defined caramel notes with noticeable tones of sea salt and a smooth milky mouthfeel. The beans used to make this bar come from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia. Up Up chocolate is proudly known as the first producer in the world to be certified by slavefreetrade.org meaning that this wonderful bar can be enjoyed with out any of the downsides.
