Wooden Eggs
These toy wooden eggs come in a sturdy cardboard egg box and are a very tactile toy. Some of the eggs are varnished and show the natural wood surface whereas others are painted. One is painted with a feather decoration and one of the eggs also splits in half to reveal a felt egg with white and yolk.
The toy could be used as part of a counting experience but also could encourage shape recognition and can be used with the other toy food sets that we have.
