The Goupil rosé de monluc cuvée is produced using new winemaking techniques that reveal the aromatic potential of each grape variety. We thus obtain a fruity rosé with some residual sugars which gives it a suave character. The Goupil rosé is characterized by aromas of red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, this rosé also surprises with its fullness, roundness and sweetness. The goupil rosé from Château Monluc is a pleasure wine to drink with simple dishes such as a charcuterie platter or grilled meat.

Château Monluc has been owned by the Lassus family since 1961. Monluc is an essential estate in Gascony. As a forerunner, the Lassus family were among the first winegrowers to produce sparkling wines in Gascony. They also created the liqueur Pousse Rapière. Monluc produces Armagnacs and still wines, such as the fresh and fruity Goupil range.
