These citrusy flavors are fused with delicate earthy notes of cinchona bark, spicy sarawak pepper and sarsaparilla root for a complex, spicy finish. Our ambitions have led us to pioneer unusual flavor combinations by distilling the finest blue eucalyptus leaves to create a balance between refreshing lemon and herbal aromas. In combination with the uva highlands black tea, the distinctive grassy citrus notes of our mauritian rum produce a unique, light and minty unity.

Recipe:

Amalfi fizz.

Pour 50ml of our lemon & leaf rum into a large wine glass and fill with plenty of ice. Top with tonic and garnish with lemon zest.
