Inspired by Roald Dahl’s The Twits the Muggle-Wump’s Banana & Tiger Nut Bar is a delicious combination of milk chocolate, bananas and Tiger nuts. Confusingly Tiger nuts are not in fact a nut but a tuber (part of a plant), prized since ancient Egyptian times. Tasting similar to almonds the Tiger nuts are a perfect pairing with bananas and creamy milk chocolate – and most beloved of Muggle-Wumps!
