Green tea is steamed or pan-fired to prevent oxidization and retain the fresh green flavours of the leaf. This delicate, pan fired Spring loose leaf green tea has been combined with an uplifting blend of Spearmint from selected small holders in Malawi.

Ingredients: Green tea and mint.

Method: Use 2 grams of tea per 150ml of water. For the optimum infusion use 75 degree water.
