The 1937 Roamer Vest moleskin soil brown is made of a very robust moleskin. It represents a typical working garment of the early 20th century. The cut in combination with the robust fabric results in an elegant appearance that withstands the daily wear and tear. This version of the 1937 Roamer Vest is made of moleskin, also called English leather, which is made of heavy cotton sateen brushed on one side. Moleskin is a typical fabric for workwear, as it is very durable. The warp is usually made of twisted heavy yarn, while the weft is made of a softer yarn. After weaving, the left side of the fabric is brushed, giving it a soft touch reminiscent of suede.
