There are several interesting bits to this sturdy pair of ; they come apart into two pieces for thorough cleaning and easier sharpening, and they also contain various other tool elements: bottle opener, nutcracker and lid opener.
They are intended for food preparation and general kitchen use but are not intended to be used for cutting bones or frozen food.
