Ostensibly this is a children's toy but I think it has a life beyond that remit and that they make a great decorative object. The funghi could be endlessly arranged in different groupings and sit on a mantelpiece, sideboard or some shelving.
That said, they are made from solid beech wood and are painted with non-toxic paint and are suitable for ages 3+. There are some identifiable mushroom types in amongst the 15 funghi; parasol, porcini, morel, button and more.
Made in Germany.
If these are used a child's toy it is probably worth including some education about the dangers of eating unidentified wild mushrooms at the same time!
Individual mushrooms range in height from 3.5cm to 7.5cm
