Monte de Portugal is a small producer of olive oil from Alentejo, Portugal.
The olives are hand picked and only the best fruits are transformed in olive oil and olive paste.
They are sold in packs of three: one can of Galega (green can), one of Cobrançosa (white can) and a blend (black can). 100ml each.
- Galega: sweet, green notes and spicy. Ideal for bread, pasta and potato.
- Cobrançosa: spicy, bitter, fresh. Ideal for meat, salads, pizza.
- Blend: it´s a blend of the previous two. Good for a every day use.
