THE RITUAL:
In the bath:
Fill your tub with warm water and sprinkle 2-4 scoops of salt. Stir to ensure the salts fully dissolve before immersing yourself. Relax for up to 20 minutes while the algae gets to work. No need to rinse off.
In the shower:
Rub a tablespoonful of salt onto damp skin with circular upward strokes. Leave it on your skin and relax while the algae and salts get to work. Rinse with water.
Don’t Forget:
After either a bath or shower, immediately wrap yourself in a towel and ‘Sweat and Rest’ under a warm blanket for 15-30 minutes while the algae continues to purify. Towel dry. Relax or sleep.
