The special combination of different alloys (stainless steel - aluminium - stainless steel) not only concentrates the heat in one place, but distributes it evenly over the entire surface right to the edge. This means that your food is also heated evenly from the sides.

The high-quality 3-layer non-stick coating also ensures that nothing sticks and that you only need a little fat for frying.
