Kaweco used to make their Classic Sport fountain pen in an all clear version, but alas, no more.
Instead they make the Perkeo pen in a see through body. The Perkeo range differs from the Sport range in that it is not as compact a pen. You can however see the amount of ink you are using gradually diminish the more that you use it.
A benefit of the Perkeo range over the Sport is that you can also store a spare cartridge within the body of the pen.
