We use jabara tea from Kitayama Village in Wakayama Prefecture, a designated production area. We blend this precious jabara tea with organic black tea from Shimane Prefecture, which is grown with great care using vegetable compost. The unique characteristics of the ingredients and the sweetness and freshness of the tea leaves are fully utilised and integrated into the tea.

Infused with Jabara: Our tea bags are enhanced with the citrusy goodness of Jabara. This Jabara tea adds a bright and tangy dimension to the rich, roasted taste of the Black tea, making it a perfect blend.

Brewing Directions: \[Cold Brew\] Put two tea bags and pour 600ml of water into a pitcher. Keep it in fridge for 5 to 6hours. \[Hot\] Put 1 tea bag and pour 200ml of hot water and wait for a few minutes.

The water should never be boiling, but simmering, to preserve the quality of the leaves.
