"MINOWASHI" was recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2014 and is loved by many people not only in Japan but all over the world. Traditional paper uses chemicals to brighten the appearance, and it greatly deteriorates about 100 years after its manufacture. However, the "Minowash" handmade by experienced craftsmen is made from natural plants, so that it is supposed to not fall even after 1000 years.
