Enamel Salad Bowl - Dust Mustard
This bowl is another addition to the range of enamel pieces produced and designed by the Danish brand HAY. Although a more simple pattern than some of the other pieces in the range, with a mustard yellow base, and very fine white dot patterned on top of this, it is a striking and useful piece.
I've shot it here with eggs, and there are more than a dozen in the bowl, but it would make an excellent salad bowl and the colour would off set both a bowl of mixed green salad leaves or indeed something more involved such as a red cabbage based coleslaw.
