This set contains Global’s G-77 which is a medium-sized Cook’s knife 20cm blade that will perform a variety of kitchen tasks. Having a decent sized blade makes it brilliant for chopping, slicing and dicing, whether cutting up vegetables or slicing meat. It features the new improved flutes on the blade which prevents food from sticking to the blade making it a very easy to use Cook’s knife. The second piece in this set is the classically shaped bread knife, the 22cm G-9. The third piece is the G-82 fluted Carving knife 21cm. The shape of the blade and improved flutes make it ideal for cutting up shawarma, shredding duck or mincing meat. The flutes allow faster and more efficient cutting preventing food from sticking to the blade making it ideal for professional kitchens. The next two pieces are the GS-36 & GS-38, these are the Global GS series knives within the block.
