Additionally, plants fall under the category of 'sui/mizu' because they demonstrate adaptability to their surroundings.

In culinary terms, 'mizu' finds its representation in fish and seafood. Our Mizu knife set includes a G-4 knife, symbolizing the flowing nature of water, and the GS-11 flexible utility knife, which is ideal for precise filleting.
