The Potter by artist Megan Hall of Flotsam Prints is an original limited edition Linocut print and depicts a potter hard at work. This is a limited edition of only 7 prints. Titled 'The Potter’ each print comes numbered and signed in pencil.
Every step in the process of making the linocut, from drawing and designing, to carving and printing, is done by hand , and as such, every linocut in the edition is completely unique and may vary slightly from the illustration above.
The linocut has been inked in a cool sage green and then hand burnished onto traditional Japanese Masa printing paper.
