The fountain is striking for the foust guilloché with lacquer inlays and the 18 synthetic rubies (1.1 mm in height, 2.2 mm in diameter). The metallic surface plated in platinum shines with a noble light and the hood is decorated with the symbols of the crescent and nappine. The final part recalls the roof of an Ottoman tent and an engraved turtle, a symbol of good luck in the Ottoman Empire.
