We didn’t want to rush into it; there were already enough average leather jackets in the market. First we wanted to prove ourselves what we were capable of, gain the “know how” needed to build a great piece, and not until we felt it was the right time we set ourselves to the task. 8 years later and after 2 years of development, we are finally presenting you El Solitario’s vision of the perfect Leather Jacket. We called it Kraken, in homage to the fearless sea monster, as it was an incredibly hard exercise to mastercraft by hand in our small atelier. Designed not only to look like a top quality piece, but thinking about the smallest of the details so it performs as well as it looks.
