The SOOSHI utensil is designed to easily and quickly prepare beautiful sushi maki. Each element has been designed to accompany as simply as possible every gesture needed to make maki.

Just fill the mold with sticky rice and apply the press to pack it, add your favorite ingredients (salmon, avocado), close the mold and unmold a perfect roll with the pusher. It only remains to cut the roll into 8 pieces and feast. You can also roll the super maki easily in a nori sheet.
An ecological, healthy and sustainable material.
Each element of SOOSHI is bamboo, a material combining softness and robustness. Bamboo grows very fast, with a minimum of water, without fertilizers or pesticides and is 100% recyclable.
The word "sushi" is the generic Japanese term for the traditional dish of vinegar rice, called shari, combined with another ingredient called neta.
