The Casa da Chascada is located in the North of Portugal and produces its mushrooms just with natural products.
It's a small producer that transformed the family inherited land into a new business in 2014. The focus of the company is in the quality and when we taste its mushrooms we can feel it.
There are two options:
- Shiitake mushrooms with olive oil, bell pepper and spices,
- Shiitake mushrooms with olive oil and spices.
They are great with bread and salads and can give a s special taste to your favourite dish.
