**How to use this natural deodorant:** Either apply directly with the bar and rub in to your armpit, or apply a small amount to your hands and work into the skin until absorbed. Don't apply to broken skin.

**What skin types is this natural deodorant suitable for?** We've had good feedback on this deodorant for even the most sensitive skin types because it is free from essential oils, however, some people can be sensitive to sodium bicarbonate.
