**_As we shift into the Autumn months, the desire to slow down often increases, and Bless Warehouse Gatherings have collaborated with Tom Pardhy to present Slumber Party - An opportunity_** **_to cosy up and slow it down to recharge before_** **_the mayhem of the looming festive season_** **_._**

**_The Warehouse is an intimate space, set away from the noise and distractions of life. Join us for 75 minutes of gentle breathwork and the sound of gongs and Himalayan bowls to help bring a sense of calm and stillness to the internal landscape._**

**_The pairing of breath and sound is a pertinent combo which allows the body to soften, relax, de-stress and let go. You’ll touch back down feeling refreshed, rested and rejuvenated._**

**_There will be time for reflection, journalling and connection in circle over a herbal tea before supper._**

**_To nourish the body, a plant-based soup supper will be dished up in the warehouse kitchen. Around a communal table we can integrate, share and refuel together before floating home to bed._**
