Snuggle in bed or on the sofa with the TAMASI hot water bottle cover. Hand-knitted in a cable design using 100% wool. Fits standard bottle. Dimensions: L34xW20xD0.5cm. Care instructions: Machine washable on cool. Do not tumble dry. Separate dark colours. These hand-knitted products are made from 100% sheep wool. The shades of grey, brown and cream are completely natural, while other colours are produced using azo-free dyes. Wool fabrics are resilient and easy care, providing low temperatures are used, and retain their natural qualities of insulation, breathability and elasticity. Due to its natural antibacterial properties, wool naturally resists odours and requires infrequent laundering. Wool is one of the most sustainable fabrics in existence; renewable and biodegradable, it requires relatively little water for its production. Our wool is mulesing free. Leftover yarn from the AURA QUE wool knit range is used to create our upcycled eco waste wool range - no scrap is wasted! Handmade by artisans within a World Fair Trade Organization certified collective in Kathmandu, Nepal. These hand-knitted products are made by women who knit the pieces at home, working around their family commitments. This provides them with an income to help their families. Urmila coordinates the team of women, training them to produce each style and distributing the yarn and materials. The eco waste wool products utilise the wastage yarn from the AURA QUE wool knit collection to maximise efficiency and income for the producers. AURA QUE products are individually handcrafted and the unique story behind each AURA QUE product enhances its charm!
