This tall plate with its simple and elegant finish is perfectly suited to food. Handmade in sycamore wood by Antonis Cardew according to the Japanese philosophy of the wabi-sabi to which he feels very close, it is the wear, the marks and the imprint time on the object that give it its value. After its first wash the surface of the plate will be slightly rough but will become slowly smoother with further use. Never leave soaking.
