Firle is one of three exclusive colours Annie has created as a part of the Annie Sloan with Charleston collaboration. Firle is a fresh, zesty and crisp green which echoes the gorgeous distemper of the wall surrounding the mantelpiece in Clive Bell’s study.

Now a global phenomenon, Annie Sloan first developed the Chalk Paint® range (named for its velvety, ultra matt finish) in 1990 to create a versatile paint that would work beautifully on furniture without priming or sanding; that would be easy to use and quick to dry; and that could be used for a number of different paint techniques.

At Petticoat Lane, we are proud to have been Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® stockists for 9 years and have extensive experience and knowledge in all of the possible techniques and finishes. Technical information

1 litre is enough to cover approximately 13 square metres (140 square feet). After painting, seal indoor furniture with Chalk Paint® Wax. On floors, seal with Chalk Paint® Lacquer.
