Inspired by the lush, verdant island, its seagrass beds and the natural world, Mermaid Zest Gin is encased in a classic, emerald green bottle. Infused with coastal rock samphire and rosemary foraged from the island’s shores, with fruits grown northside of our island home.

TASTING NOTES

A smooth, refreshing and complex gin with a zesty tone. Bright and fresh grapefruit on the nose, with gentle juniper. A citrus zing combined with a subtle sweetness with herbal notes. A long, layered and complex finish rounds off the experience with a well-rounded mouthfeel.
