UP-UP Dark Wild Mint is an inspiring dark chocolate Single Estate 50% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia; this bar is characterised because of the distinctive cacao notes with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, followed by nutty flavours and well-defined tones of wild mint, finishing with hints of dried-fruit and a refreshing aftertaste. Up Up chocolate is proudly known as the first producer in the world to be certified by slavefreetrade.org meaning that this wonderful bar can be enjoyed with out any of the downsides.
