The Modelo '89 trainer is manufactured in Portugal by local artisans on a line that has complete transparency, ensuring safe and fair working environments. This dedication to the profession ensures every pair is made to the highest quality, using certified genuine leather for the upper, certified organic cotton for the insole and laces and recycled thermoplastic and wood chips for the reinforcements. For every pair of trainers sold and in collaboration with the NGO We Forest, SAYE plant 2 trees to help tackle the environmental crisis. So far, they've planted over 100,000 trees!
