* Our Massage Oil is a perfect addition to your daily ritual, naturally nourishing on the skin and designed to help relax your muscles. Using 100% pure essential oils, choose from two unique blends; the Deepest Sleep will aid a deeper night's sleep and help release built up tension in the body. The Energising Boost is wonderful for invigorating the Body and Mind. If you are feeling a little sluggish - massaging your body with this after a shower will give you such boost - ready to face a new day!

To use this massage oil:

Apply a small amount to one palm. Rub your hands together to warm the oil then massage straight onto the skin.

* Deepest Sleep Massage Oil : In creating this blend I have used a few of my favourites aromatherapy oils: Lavender Oil: For when my mind is racing and I need to sleep, I find this woody, floral aroma instantly calming. My sleep is dreamless and deep - utter heaven. Orange Oil: When I have hundreds of thoughts spinning, this oil dispels them with ease - especially the negative ones. Mandarin Orange Oil: This beautifully fragranced oil is known for its balancing qualities. I find it to be deeply relaxing and emotionally comforting. After a long bath, I love to use a little of this oil to massage my feet - a luxurious little ritual that really helps me to drift off. Ingredients: Cocus Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Limonene*, Linalool*, Evernia Prunasti*, Benzyl Benzoate*, Citronellol*, Cinnamal*, Geraniol*, Citral*, Eugenol* (*Found inside natural ingredients).
