The Holyrood Tartan is a design based on the Royal Stewart and was produced by Lochcarron in 1977, the year of the Silver Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This design has proved extremely popular since its inception and can now be obtained in fabric, cloth and accessories in wool, cashmere and silk.
