Vinyl from The Besnard Lakes who in early 2016 released their best album to date, the masterful A Coliseum Complex Museum, and toured the world in the following months. Jace Lasek and Olga Goreas, the couple at the heart of the band release this EP of two exclusive new tracks, written and recorded in conjunction with the album. "Laura Lee" is a sister track to the album's illustrious first single, "The Golden Lion" - spacious, reverberating drums echo around an almost sci-fi vocal line sung by Olga Goreas. As for the track "The Divine Wind", it's Besnard Lakes at its best: a sustained keyboard that builds to an explosive coda, with Lasek's inimitable falsetto.
