The School of Life presents The Therapy Game, a game designed by experts to help create a safe space to open up and be heard. Often we find ourselves muting our needs or struggling to communicate how we really feel and don’t want to burden others with our needs. These cards have a total of 100 questions, covering 5 topics spanning from Sex, Work, Anxiety, Relationships and Self. With a trusted partner, take your time to work through the questions and open up without interruption or any unsolicited advice.
