Handcrafted in a converted convent in Gien, France, the tableware is created from locally sourced raw materials and authentic designs. Stronger than pottery or ceramics, Gien faience is fired at traditionally lower temperatures, giving it a unique richness and depth of color. 8 2/3" diam. Made in France.
