For diffusing add 4-5 drops to your deDANU glass or stone diffuser, start with the lowest number of drops and increase as desired. It blends well with grapefruit, pine, geranium, frankincense, vetiver, lemon, bergamot, neroli, cedarwood, rosemary, orange and ylang ylang.

Lavender has traditionally been used to ease anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression and pain, as a sedative, anti-convulsive and neuro protective aid, to reduce blood pressure, increase beta waves and aid problem solving, to improve cognitive performance and mental coordination.

Pro tip: Add to a dryer ball and throw in with all your sheets. At bedtime say a big thank you to your past self and snuggle in to the scent of sweet dreams.
