When it comes to high hygiene standards and reliable slip resistance, the PU clog A 640 meets all requirements. In kitchens and the food industry, its closed shape and non-slip profiled sole provide reliable support and maximum surefootedness. With its solid steel toe cap, it protects the toes and the forefoot area from impacts of up to 200 joules. Its oil and fat-resistant material is also water-repellent and can therefore be cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. To do this, the cork-latex footbed is removed and the clog washed at up to 80° Celsius. Both parts of the shoe are suitable for daily disinfection. The anatomically shaped original BIRKENSTOCK footbed protects joints and tendons and is also washable at up to 30° Celsius. If necessary, the footbed can be replaced, it is available separately. The A 640 model has been certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 SB E (SRC category).
