Depending on how the roll closure with zipper is used, Ruben 2.0 holds between 20–25 L. On the outside, the backpack features two side compartments, a spacious zipped compartment, and adjustable side straps for extra storage or to adjust the volume of the backpack. Ruben 2.0 also has a padded mesh backplate with good ventilation, and padded, adjustable shoulder straps that are ergonomically designed for optimal carrying comfort.
