On Decorating – Veere Grenney
Veere Grenney is a London based interior designer/decorator, this book showcase some of the projects that he has worked on but also the first section of the book gives an insight into how he got to where he is today. A background in the antiques trade of Portobello Road and then working as an assistant for one of the big decorating names – Mary Fox Linton. We also see the rooms that Grenney designed and decorated for himself; various flats in London and the iconic Temple at Stoke St Nayland in Suffolk.
The second part of the book concentrates on specific spaces in houses; dining rooms, hallways, bedrooms etc and displays the breadth of style that Grenney has mastered.
The third section features his home in Tangiers with its view over the Strait of Gibraltar.
