The olive oils form Olival da Risca are produced in Alentejo, Portugal.
Its organic production is certificated and since 2008 has the Demeter biodynamic farming.
The olive oils are flavoured from the begining, at the mill. The addition of each flavour (garlic, basil, mandarin, chili, etc) to the olives in the oil mill infuses it directly and in a balanced way in the olive oil.
