This metal tray from HAY is the larger cousin of the oblong shaped trays that we already stock. Made from the same anodised stainless steel, the colours of the trays vary from one to another and have tonal variations across the surface of each one. The one photographed here has a bluey-purple colour in the main but also has tones of peacock green when caught in the right light.
While you could use it as a tray for carrying cups of tea - it should also be noted that both of the mugs shown in the photographs are themselves pretty huge - but equally would make a great reflective surface on which to place objects of interest or potted houseplants.
As the tray is made from stainless steel the surface may gain scratch marks during use. Supplied in a plastic container.
