* Handcrafted from vintage jeans
* Feels like rigid denim with a lived-in softness
* Upcycled skirts are each one of a kind and therefore may differ slightly to what is pictured
* Denim ages better when it’s washed less; damage is caused by overwashing, not overwearing. Plus, you can save over 2,000 litres of water per year by washing once a month as opposed to once a week.
* Close buttons and turn your sustainable denim skirt inside out before washing.
* Use a damp cloth to spot clean and remove small stains in between washes, helping to keep your denim skirt looking fresh.
* Freeze your skirt instead of washing it to kill odour-producing germs.
* Steam your skirt as another energy-efficient way to kill odour-producing bacteria instead of washing.
* Wash at 30°C maximum. Prefer to hand wash? Use cold to lukewarm water, a mild detergent and leave your skirt to soak for 45 minutes. Then rinse.
* Flatten, reshape and hang your skirt to air dry. We do not advise using a tumble dryer for our denim pieces.
* Dry naturally in the shade or indoors, avoiding direct sunlight, as this can fade denim.
